The planning commission voted to table two separate conditional-use permit requests submitted by Bobby Hamilton for properties in the city: one to convert 411 East 7th into an apartment and another to convert 714 Laurel into a single-family residence. Staff said both properties are currently zoned C-3, and the conversions require conditional-use permits to allow residential use.
