The Parowan City Council voted to enter closed session for strategy discussions about pending or imminent litigation under Utah Code § 52-4-205. The motion was made by Council Member Rochell Topham and seconded by Council Member John Dean; a roll-call vote recorded Aye from Council Members Topham, Burton, Barton and Dean. Present in closed session were David Burton, Dan Jessen, City Attorney Scott Burns, Lyle Barton, Rochell Topham, John Dean and Callie Bassett.
