The Parowan City Council voted unanimously to deny a proposed zone change for Parcel A-0026-0027-0000 that would have changed the property from A-1 to R-2. City Manager Dan Jessen said the matter had been discussed previously; Jeffrey Thomas, representing the applicant, explained that 100 North would serve as primary access and that two additional northern access points would tie into the property.
