Finance Director Dave McCormick presented the morning's finance report and outlined appropriation transfers and amendments across multiple county funds. He said the Board of Developmental Disabilities requested a $1,200,000 transfer from contract services to health insurance to cover larger-than-expected claims, and noted additional transfers might be required before year end.
