Facilities staff reported a damaged compressor at Juvenile Court–Wardhill that requires replacement. Jason Patchet presented a replacement quote of $14,955.00 and said a temporary 15‑ton rental unit would cost $1,800.00 per month plus $1,250.00 for installation and $1,250.00 for removal, for a total temporary cost of $4,300.00. Commissioners agreed to proceed with ordering the replacement and to rent the temporary unit while awaiting installation.
