Superintendent Dr. West and colleague Arturo walked the board through a visual organizational chart that illustrated executive leadership, principals and coordinators and showed how many operational responsibilities fall with a small administrative team. Directors reacted that the chart made it clear how "skeletal" administrative staffing is and recommended posting a public or intranet-friendly version to help community members understand where authority and day-to-day operations reside.
