Trustees authorized staff to seek bids for site work on Lofton Stadium phase 3, which staff said will include removing existing poles, installing new poles and the sound system, and demo work around the pump house. Facilities staff described that the site-work contractor will handle pole removal and installation, wire pulls and sound-system termination; lighting equipment would be procured under a separate Sourcewell contract with Musco Lighting that the board later approved.
