The City of Walker Planning Commission on Aug. 5 approved a preliminary area site plan (PASP) for Eden Field, a proposed residential community of 114 owner‑occupied units (64 detached condominiums and 50 townhomes), subject to three conditions the commission included before forwarding the matter to the City Commission.
