Developer seeks minor window modification, discloses ownership interest transfer
Counsel for the Residences at Nahant LLC asked the board to treat new window specifications as a minor modification and disclosed an ownership interest transfer to Jade Mountain Residential Holdings LLC; the board requested window specs and elevations in advance of a decision.

Counsel Damon Seligson and project architect Sophia Zhang updated the board on a proposed minor modification for the Residences at Nahant LLC. They said the change would alter window type to meet PHIUS passive-house expectations but would not change window locations or sizes.
