Board debates midway layout after lower-than-expected ride count

Committee members raised concerns about this year's midway configuration and ride counts, with one member (S7) reporting “I counted 16 rides. I know our contract says 20 approximately.” Members compared Mitchell’s setup to fairs that had more attractions and suggested the provider might have equipment available but limited by space or setup timing.
