Fillmore County Board approves claims, fee reports and routine items; development update noted

The Fillmore County Board on Sept. 8 approved routine business including the minutes of Aug. 25, a detailed set of claims across multiple funds, fee reports for August 2026 and a journal entry correcting a coding error. The minutes list General Fund payroll of $61,332.64 and Road/Bridge Fund payroll of $40,111.76; fee reports recorded County Clerk collections of $14,146.67 (State $7,210.76 & County $6,935.91), Clerk of the District Court $774.25 and County Sheriff $1,408.05. The motion to approve the claims was moved by Ralph Graham and seconded by Kenny Harre; roll-call votes on these items were unanimous.
