The Fillmore County Board approved its Federal Funds Purchase Program Annual Certificate on Sept. 8, acting pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §39-1307. Larry Cerny moved to approve the certificate and Mark Lightwine seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous roll-call vote.
