Cass County approves state cyber crimes grant to support digital forensics class
The Cass County Commission unanimously approved Resolution 26-77 to accept the SYF 2027 State Cyber Crimes Grant Award for the sheriff’s office, with staff saying the funds will help sustain the county’s digital forensics class.

The Cass County Commission on Aug. 12 unanimously approved Resolution 26-77 to accept the SYF 2027 State Cyber Crimes Grant Award for the Cass County Sheriff’s Office and to authorize execution of the award agreement. The chair said the grant acceptance vote passed "3 votes for, 0 against."
