The redevelopment commission approved Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with DLZ Indiana LLC to expand an earlier corridor landscaping contract. The supplemental work covers construction drawings, signage bases, landscaping details for the interchange corridor and coordination on management and maintenance with INDOT for an additional $104,540, bringing the contract total to $179,007.40.
