The board set a public hearing for Oct. 15 and said staff will send notices to neighboring property owners. "So October 15, and I don't know what the time yet will be. We'll try to give you an idea of what your time slot will be. We'll send public notices to the neighboring properties," the Chair said, adding the hearing will be held in the same meeting room to accommodate expected attendance.
