Trustees reviewed the results of an anonymous CSBA self‑evaluation and largely celebrated improvements in governance metrics, chair Dr. Ayala said, noting green indicators had increased compared with the last evaluation. The presentation walked trustees through areas of strength (board unity, support for the superintendent, board culture) and areas that remained in blue related to roles, responsibilities and information flow.
