At the start of the Sept. 18 meeting the Morrison County Board approved the meeting agenda after a motion recorded as moved by Commissioner Winter and seconded by Commissioner Casper. The board then presented the consent agenda for review; Commissioner Lemire moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Moran seconded.
