The chair called for a motion to approve consent agenda items 1 and 2; Supervisor Crosby moved approval and the chair seconded. During brief discussion Crosby asked if the minutes needed amendment based on an addition noted by Loennheim and said, "as long as the board is able to access them and view them before approving them, then okay."
