The Crown Point Redevelopment Commission approved a facade grant for 703 North Main Street after staff reviewed proposed exterior work, including brick cleaning, windows, doors, roof repairs, landscaping and exterior lighting. Staff described the total project cost as just over $70,000 and said the RDC reimbursement request totaled $5,000; commissioners approved a grant in the amount presented.
