Water & Sewer Committee votes to recommend no rate changes for 2027
Following staff's pro forma review and the pending master plan, the committee voted to recommend to council that water, sewer and stormwater rates remain unchanged for 2027; motion was made by the chair, seconded, and passed on voice vote.

Committee chair moved that the committee recommend to council that water, sewer and stormwater rates be left unchanged for 2027. The chair stated, "I will make a recommendation to council that, we leave, water, sewer, and stormwater rates as is as is for 2027." A committee member seconded and the motion passed on a voice vote with ayes noted; no recorded nays were entered in the meeting transcript.
