District recognizes three staff for statewide leadership awards

At the start of the meeting, Tanya Phillips, the district executive coordinator officer, recognized three staff members for statewide awards and leadership roles. Amanda Nask, supervisor of nutrition services, was named the 2026 Outstanding Administrator of the Year by the Delaware Child Nutrition Services Supervisors Association; Sherry Clark, director of curriculum assessment and instruction, was named 2026 Outstanding Administrator by the Delaware Association of Curriculum Instruction Supervisors; and Emily Falcon, the district chief financial officer, was recognized for her service as outgoing president of the Delaware Association for School Administrators.
