County procurement team honored; Citizens Academy graduates recognized

County administration and procurement staff presented a National Procurement Institute award celebrating organizational excellence in procurement — Walton County’s procurement team applied for the first time and earned recognition for policies, training and best practices. Procurement lead Mister Cutshall thanked the team and commissioners for support, noting the award reflects a year‑long application effort and contributions across administration and legal. "This award means a lot to our office... it's definitely a team of we and not an individual," Cutshall said.
