The South Heidelberg Township Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance 295, a codification of township ordinances. The ordinance approves, adopts and enacts a code for the Township of South Heidelberg, provides for repeal of certain legislation not included therein, saves certain legislation not included, and prescribes penalties for tampering with the code.
