The full story
The planning commission approved the concept plan for Wilson Branch Farm, a proposed 28-lot traditional subdivision on roughly 32.14 acres off Old Murfreesboro Road. Staff noted lots would range from about 0.5 to 0.75 acres, yield a density of roughly 0.87 units per acre — below the maximum allowed — and include approximately 13.93 acres of open space. Water service will be provided by the Nonesville College Grove utility district and sewer service by the Triune Sewer Facility.
