The State Board of Finance adopted the amending resolution for the 2026 SA notes, finalizing project lists and allocation priorities for short‑term note proceeds. Counsel told the board SA1 is anticipated at about $513,306,000 and that allocations would include approximately $185,864,000 to the Water Trust Board and $51,628,000 to the New Mexico Housing Trust Fund.
