Zoning Officer Ed Miller told Loganton Borough Council that Scenic Ridge is considering siting a nursing facility on the property currently used for tennis courts. Ed Miller said a permit payment from Jake Fisher is expected, but emphasized that the borough must first calculate anticipated water demand before approving any land-use change.
