The council approved five sewer taps on Edlin, authorizing four connections for a 4-plex and one for a single-family home. The request was raised by Lamar Johnson during public comment; utility staff indicated the five taps were acceptable. Andrea Milkowski moved to approve the taps and Zollie Rose seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
