At a public hearing during the Aug. 12 Millcreek Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Dan Lyons and Sydney Richardson of the Lebanon County Redevelopment Authority outlined the township’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement and asked residents for input on future uses.
