Hinckley planning commission recommends code change to clarify subdivision completion assurances
The commission voted to recommend an ordinance amending Hinckley Town Code Title 11, Chapter 19 to add a definition for 'Completion Assurance' and to allow acceptance of an irrevocable letter of credit for improvement guarantees; the recommendation goes to the Town Council for final action.

The Hinckley Planning and Zoning Commission on Aug. 12 voted to recommend that the Town Council adopt amendments to Hinckley Town Code, Title 11 (Land Use), Chapter 19 (Subdivision) to add a definition for “Completion Assurance” and to allow the acceptance of an irrevocable letter of credit in Section 11.19.21.C.3.
