Fayette County commissioners on Aug. 20 approved resolutions authorizing applications to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) HOME Investment Partnerships Program and execution of a cooperation agreement with the county Redevelopment Authority. Commissioner Harry Dutch Kaufman made the motions, which were seconded by Commissioner Vince Vicites and passed unanimously.
