The board approved a slate of FY27 sole-source vendors (including JC Floor Care; Tyler Technologies; Executive Technology Services; Performance Staffing; TerraBirds; Augmentum; ETC for Synergy) after staff expanded justification documentation to meet USFR expectations.

Director of Business Services Erin Tutay presented the FY27 Sole Source Vendor recommendations and said the accompanying documentation had been expanded to meet updated Uniform System of Financial Records (USFR) expectations. The list included JC Floor Care for janitorial/grounds work at Tse' Yaato', Tyler Technologies (School ERP Pro) for financial management software, Executive Technology Services for IT infrastructure, Performance Staffing for temporary staffing, TerraBirds and Augmentum for specialized educational consulting and support, and ETC for Synergy integration services.
