Douglas County commissioners find county manager exceeded expectations, approve 2% merit increase
After public comment and a long discussion of recent controversies and accomplishments, the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners voted 5–0 to rate County Manager Jennifer Davidson "exceeded expectations" and grant a 2% merit increase above the July 2026 cost-of-living adjustment.
