Planning commission continues Dollar Tree hearing, asks corporate representative to appear

The Hercules Planning Commission voted 5–0 on July 20 to continue the public hearing on Conditional Use Permit CUP 26-02 for a proposed Dollar Tree at 1560 Sycamore Avenue to its next regular meeting on Aug. 3. Commissioner Morrison moved to continue the hearing to secure a Dollar Tree representative and the motion was seconded by Commissioner de Munoz.
