Final approval held pending MS4 authorization and signed stormwater agreements

Planning staff told the board the subdivision has received final approval subject to a small set of remaining conditions: the MS4 authorization required for stormwater controls, signed stormwater facility management agreements, and a confirmation easement reviewed and signed by the town attorney. Staff said the stormwater agreements have been prepared and reviewed by town counsel (Ben Geller) but the MS4 paperwork and a copy of the DOT permit remain to be provided to the town before the supervisor will sign final approvals.

Staff emphasized the MS4 authorization is the outstanding item and said that once the paperwork from Pat (the reviewer) is received, the supervisor can sign the approvals without bringing the full application back before the planning board. The board instructed staff to follow up with the reviewer and to return the file once MS4 authorization and the required signed agreements are on record.
