At a May 27 public hearing the Spillers asked the Chattahoochee County Commission for a conditional-use permit to place a mobile home on 15 acres at 410 Firetower Road and establish it as their primary residence. Planning and Zoning recommended approval and the parcel is zoned R-R. "They would like to place a mobile home on 15 acres and establish a primary residence," Chairman Charles Coffey said when opening the public hearing.
