Sierra Smith told the commission that the current dwelling at 109 Nelson Street is unsafe and she seeks to replace it with a mobile home on a .75‑acre R4 lot; Planning & Zoning recommended approval subject to removal of the existing structure and compliance with building, zoning and health codes. The public hearing closed on Feb. 24 with no opposition; commissioners approved the CUP at the Feb. 27 called meeting.
