The commission voted unanimously to amend sections 154.8(B),(C) and 154.31 of Chapter 154 to update rules for accessory structures, taking the change from planning and zoning. Commissioners Putt and Smith moved the amendment; roll call recorded support from Commissioners Charbonneau, Smith, Buchmann, Putt and Mayor Rytlewski. The motion carried with no recorded opposing votes.
