Commission votes to enter executive session to consider land acquisition under Idaho code

At the close of the regular agenda, a commissioner moved that the board enter executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74‑206(1)(c) to consider land acquisition. The motion was seconded, a roll‑call vote was taken and commissioners voted yes. The board went into executive session for land‑acquisition discussion as permitted under state law.
