At the end of the regular agenda a commissioner moved that the commission go into executive session "pursuant to code 74 dash 2 0 6 1" to discuss pending and likely litigation. The motion was seconded; the chair called for a roll-call/voice vote and commissioners approved entering executive session. The body recessed briefly and proceeded to the closed session.
