Board approves engineering supplements, on‑call services and environmental assessment for county projects
Lancaster County approved supplements with Alfred Benesch & Company for preliminary and final design work on the 98th Street project, an on‑call professional services task order, and a contract with Felsberg, Holt & Ulvig to perform a HUD-required environmental assessment for North 162nd Street.

Lancaster County Engineering staff told the board July 21 that several engineering amendments are needed to complete environmental documentation and move the 98th Street A–to–O project toward final design. County engineer Larry Lehi said the first draft of the environmental document has been prepared for NDOT review and the supplements will provide additional pickup survey and responses needed to complete the environmental phase.
