Committee members reviewed the previous year's pumpkin order and sales as they planned quantities for this year's festival. Staff reported about 40 pre-sale transactions last year and the Chair read an order confirmation showing $980 total and a $150 delivery fee for 415 small pumpkins. "So, guys, last year, we paid $980. I just got the order confirmation," the Chair reported.
