City Administrator Ramona Flanigan reported that TIF #12, located near Sherman Road and the Edgerton Hospital, was created primarily to support a new dental clinic that is now complete. She added the clinic "does have some land available for development" and said the hospital also owns a 40-acre parcel behind its property that has been discussed for future development.
