Authority designates clerk-treasurer as its authorized representative via Resolution 2026 R-1
The board approved Resolution 2026 R-1 to name the City of Charlestown clerk-treasurer as the authorized representative of the Redevelopment Authority; the board also moved to ratify prior bond payments from 2021.

At the March 11 meeting President Shannon Elder introduced Resolution 2026 R-1, which "designated clerk treasurer of the city of Charleston, Indiana as the authorized representative of the redevelopment authority," and called for a motion to approve the resolution. The board made a motion and second and voiced approval.
