At the Decatur County advisory meeting a staff member (S2) moved to table Foundations' application until the organization could demonstrate Recovery Works certification. S2 said the council had required that certification for other houses and asked the advisory body to delay action until the requirement could be met: "I think that would be my motion and to table it until we could see that certification."
