The petitioner (identified in the meeting as Russ) sought a special exception to place two tiny homes/temporary recreational units on a parcel in Eugene Township. The BZA reviewed health‑department clearance, setbacks, spacing requirements and utility arrangements; board members said they would require appropriate 911 addressing and agreed with the petitioner that the units include toilets, showers and cooking facilities.
