Staff announced a public hearing on the proposed moratorium for Sept. 22 (doors open 5:30 p.m., meeting 6:00 p.m.) and described the committee that will draft ordinance language for the area plan commission. Penny said the committee will include representatives from the APC, county commissioners, county council and citizen representatives; the committee will prepare the ordinance that APC will recommend to the commissioners.
