The board approved a three‑item consent agenda (F1–F3) and unanimously approved three zoning items read by staff: H1 (application 26Z00031), H2 (26Z00027) and H3 (26Z002028). For H3 (Space Coast Discovery Incorporated) the board approved a request with an administrative waiver of application fees as recommended by staff.
