The Frankfort City Council on Jan. 20 accepted the Planning Commission’s recommended updates to the Dune Ridge (formerly Fisherman’s Landing) development and directed the city superintendent and city attorney to prepare a Second Amended Consent Judgment for filing in Benzie County Circuit Court. Council discussion focused on parking, fire-truck access and project phasing; Cam McCausland, representative for Betsie Lake Developers LLC, presented a revised grading plan adding 11 parking spaces.
