Planning and Zoning Director David Hockett told the board the county received seven proposals to prepare a comprehensive plan and that a selection committee interviewed three firms in person (Bolton-Menk, Confluence and MSA Professionals). The committee recommended MSA Professionals. The record lists an estimated project budget of $125,000 and a proposed MSA fee described in the record as a lump-sum not to exceed $118,755.
