The Dallas County Conservation Board on March 10 approved Change Order 3 for Phase IV of the shared-use trail, adding $45,299.25 in work funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The change order covers removal of existing pavement, ground preparation and testing, construction of a shared-use path, shoulder finishing and improvements to a bridge approach.
